On this episode of Head 2 Head, Motor Trend’s Jonny Lieberman heads to Graz in Austria to compare the Mercedes G 63 AMG with its six-wheeled sibling.
Featuring a colossal 15.75 inches of ground clearance, the mammoth machine is propelled by the same 5.5-litre AMG V8 biturbo engine as the regular G 63 AMG, but this time the 400 kW (544 hp) and 760 Nn of torque is fed to an innovative 6×6 drive with central through-drive axle via the same AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission. Insanely exorbitant.
