BMW X5 ute conversion

Utes are a way of life down under, so Motorline BMW – a dealership in Queensland, has created what it sees as the best of both worlds – an X5 with the practicality of a pickup.

Taking a pre-facelift E53 3.0d automatic model, the crew at Motorline welded up the rear doors before removing a large section of the roof and fabricating a new back panel with Toyota window. A chunky rollover bar completes the changes.
