BMW will introduce the most innovative and stylish 5 Series ever to the North American market at the New York International Auto Show. The all-new 5 Series will share the spotlight with the 335is Coupe and Convertible and BMW X5 SAV, which are also making their North American debuts and the BMW Alpina B7 xDrive which is making its World debut. All of the new BMWs will be 2011 models.

With BMW’s commencement into the SUV market with its X6 M model comes Vorsteiner’s debut of the design of the BMW X6M VRS Aero Package. As with every quality Vorsteiner product, the X6M Aero Package will be composed of resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber, utilized by a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This results in an up to 30% stiffer and stronger structure when compared to an equivalent wet-lay product.

RM Auctions, the world’s largest collector car auction house, announced today the consignment of one of the world’s most significant pre-war sports racing cars. The one-of-a-kind 1937, BMW 328 Mille Miglia ‘Büegelfalte’, chassis no. 85032, will make its auction debut at RM’s inaugural Sporting Classics of Monaco sale on 1st May, 2010 at the Grimaldi Forum.
