Volkswagen cheer up!

Following on from the announcement of its cross up!, Volkswagen has revealed another version of its baby city car, with the cheer up!

Externally the cheer up! wears anthracite 15-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels with colour-matched mirror casings, galvano gray side mouldings and chrome-trimmed front fog lamps. Inside the cabin, occupants get uniquely-patterned seats, the RCD 215 radio/MP3 compatible CD player and chrome surrounds on the air vents, radio bezel and instrument cluster.

All engine/transmission configurations can be specified, including the 44 kW (60 hp) and 55 kW (75 hp) petrol units as well as the natural gas-powered 50 kW (67 hp) eco up!, with prices starting at €11,825. That represents a €895 discount compared to a equivalently equipped standard model.
