Autocar drives the Porsche 911 GT3 R Hybrid 2.0


Autocar magazine’s Andrew Frankel has been putting the second generation Porsche 911 GT3 R Hybrid through its paces at Portugal’s Estoril circuit. This million euro development machine features a pair of 75 kW/101 hp (up from 60 kW/80 hp) electric motors on the front axle supplementing its 350 kW/470 hp 4.0 L six-cylinder engine, while the overall weight drops from 1,350 to 1,300 kg.
