Volkswagen Golf Cabriolet Karmann

Volkswagen has announced details of a special Golf Cabriolet Karmann edition.
Created to honour the Osnabrück-based manufacturer Wilhelm Karmann GmbH, which has been responsible for building many Volkswagen vehicles, including the original Sciroccos and earlier Golf Cabriolets – up to 2001, special features include ten-spoke Porto alloy wheels in a 17-inch diameter and chrome surrounds on front fog lamps and air intake grilles.
Moving inside, the cabin gains embossed sill plates, Alcantara-trimmed sports seats, leather-trimmed steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake grip, brushed aluminum door inlays and chrome detailing on the dial and heater vent surrounds. Other standard equipment includes Park Pilot, the RCD 210 radio, centre armrest with storage compartment, and a wind deflector.
Offered with the 77 kW (103 hp ) 1.2 TSI engine, pricing in Germany starts at €27,275.
