Laupheim-based tuning specialist Hamann Motorsport has revealed its Tycoon II M program to suit the current BMW X6 M.

Adding its HM 670 Sport kit, which includes cat replacement pipes, optimized mapping of the ECU software and removal of the V-Max, output from the 4.4-litre biturbo V8 powerplant rises from 408 kW (555 hp) and 680 Nm of torque to 493 kW (670 hp) and 950 Nm, with top speed now rated at 300 km/h (186 mph).

Visually, the SUV sits 40 mm lower than standard and wears Hamann’s wide-body package, which comprises of an aggressive front fascia with large intakes and LED daytime running lights, a ventilated hood constructed from carbon fibre, side skirts, fender extensions, spoilers for the roof and tailgate, and a rear apron with air outlets and an aperture for the centrally-mounted tailpipes. Completing the aesthetics is a set of colossal Unique Forged Anodized alloy wheels measuring 11 and 12 x 23-inches.
