Rutesheim tuning specialist speedART has revealed its new SP81-R program for the current Porsche Boxster S.
The aerodynamic package consists of a lower front spoiler, a diffuser section for the rear bumper, an elevated wing which attaches to the factory item and clear coated carbon fibre side sections for the doors and air intakes. Multi-piece LSC (Light Spoke Competition) forged alloy wheels in a 20 or 21-inch diameter complete the aesthetics, while the ride height is reduced thanks to a spring kit or coilover set-up. Moving inside, speedART’s upholstery department refinishes the cabin in a mixture of leather and Alcantara.
For now, the only power upgrade comes via a performance exhaust system, including manifolds, sports catalysts and silencer with twin 100 mm tailpipes and optional damper system, which results in a rise of 15 kW (20 hp) and 20 Nm of torque.
