Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss by Office-K

This is less of a news article and more of an opportunity to fawn over a genuine rarity. The guys at Tokyo-based stylinghouse Office-K have had their hands on the stunning Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss but, thankfully, they haven’t butchered it with any irreversible modifications.
A set of Forgiato’s Pinzettes were deemed the alloy wheel of choice to suit the SLR. Staggered in their sizes, they measure 21-inches up front and 22-inches at the rear and feature high-gloss black spokes with a matte black rim. The only other touches include LED upgrades for the interior lighting and license plate lamps.
Undercutting the regular SLR by 200 kg (440 lb), power comes from a supercharged 480 kW (640 hp) 5.5-litre V8 engine, allowing the Stirling Moss to crack 100 km/h in under 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 km/h (220 mph). Just 75 examples were produced and sold to existing SLR owners only – at a price of €750,000. We’ve only ever seen one in the flesh, and to say its appearance and sound left an impression, is an understatement.
