Skoda Yeti Sochi

In acknowledgement of the 2014 Winter Olympics, Skoda has released details of this special edition Yeti Sochi, named as a reference to the host venue.

Available exclusively for the Russian market, the Yeti Sochi is based on the SE trim level and is finished in Candy White with 17-inch ‘Matterhorn’ alloys in black and chrome and a blue/grey cloth interior. Official Olympic decals feature on the fenders, sill trim plates and seat tabs.

Drive comes courtesy of a 112 kW (150 hp) 1.8 TSI petrol engine, which powers all four wheels via a six-speed double-clutch transmission.

Due to make its début at the Moscow International Automobile Salon (August 29 to September 9), with production beginning in 2013. If you’re feeling left out, you can always just buy a Yeti Urban and throw some decals on the fenders…
