Dean Malay looks at Volkswagen’s new baby up! for Germany’s Auto Bild TV. The model on test is the up! white, which is a special version based on the top-of-the-range high up!. It also goes up against two of its biggest rivals: the Ford Ka and Peugeot’s 107.
