Manhart Racing GmbH, the Geilenkirchen-based BMW tuner, is offering an optic and performance program for BMW’s superb 1 Series M Coupe. Visually, Manhart add black graphics to the car’s flanks and a rear diffuser that fits directly where the factory bumper insert resided. The company also adds its own 20-inch alloy wheels and suspension kit. A carbon front spoiler is in pre-production stage.
Thanks to the fitment of a new performance exhaust and reworking of the engine management the Baby M’s twin-turbocharged 6-cylinder unit enjoys a power hike from 340 PS (250 kW/335 hp) 420 PS (309 kW/414 hp).
Inside, the new MHR-embossed BMW Performance bucket seats, rear bench and even the dash board all receive a mixture of Alcantara and leather – with contrasting orange stitching.
