Volkswagen GolfPlus Cross

This is the first glimpse we’ve had of VW’s upcoming GolfPlus Cross.
It’s thought that the range topping model will be either the 2.8 V6 or the GTI’s 2.0 FSI Turbo with 200 hp. DSG will be available as an option. The 4×4 system will be courtesy of 4Motion from the VW Golf with the platform taking components both from the Golf and New Passat.
Higher suspension of 60 mm will allow the GolfPlus Cross to tackle off-road conditions (such as taking the kids to school?)
