The multiple MotoGP World Champion Valentino Rossi has joined forces with designer Aldo Drudi to create a unique Opel ADAM for charity.
Externally, the grey citycar looks like it’s witnessed an explosion in a paint factory thanks to the black, silver and DayGlo Yellow assault on its bodywork. Three wheels and the radiator grille have also been blacked-out, with one of the front wheels finished in contrasting yellow, while leather from Rossi’s sponsor Dainese was used to upholster the interior.
“How could I resist the challenge? The task was to invent a completely new car, and for a good cause. No sooner had I spoken with Opel than I was already discussing with Drudi how to design this special ADAM,” said the legendary racer.
The car will be put up for auction next month with proceeds going to the Meyer Hospital which specializes in supporting children and their families while they receive hospital treatment.
