sport auto drives the 9ff GT9-CS

Germany’s sport auto recently took a look around the 9ff factory in Dortmund, before the magazine’s editor Christian Gebhardt got behind the wheel of its insane GT9-CS trackday weapon.

The front section of the GT9-CS (Club Sport) is based around a donor 911 GT3 RS, while at the rear the flat-six unit is mounted within a tubular subframe. The body panels are constructed from carbon fibre and Kevlar.

The car’s twin-turbocharged engine generates 559 kW (750 hp) and 910 Nm (671 lb-ft) of torque, meaning 100 km/h (62 mph) appears in 3.6 seconds, while top speed is a pleasant 364 km/h (226 mph).
