This new video from Auto Express sees Mat Watson and James Disdale compare two heavy-hitting Estates: Audi’s latest RS 6 and the Mercedes E 63 AMG.
The Audi is propelled by a twin-turbocharged 4.0 TFSI V8 unit sending 412 kW (560 hp) and 700 Nm of torque to all four wheels via an eight-speed tiptronic transmission, allowing a 0-100 km/h time of 3.9 seconds and a limited 250 km/h top speed, which can be raised to 280 km/h (174 mph) upon request. The E 63 AMG Wagon uses a 5.5-litre bi-turbo V8, developing 410 kW (557 hp) and 720 Nm, to crack 100 km/h in 3.8s with top speed limited to 250 km/h.
