    RPI Equipped LowRoad
    Here’s an Audi commercial made by a fan of the brand, focusing on the RPI Equipped A4 allroad. The well known vehicle features Airlift air suspension from Bagriders.com, AccuAir e-level air management to make sure the car rides properly all the time and a set of BBS CH-R wheels measuring 10.5 x 20-inches. The colour-matched roof box is a nice touch, too.

    This film, called Freedom, sees a bored office employee break away from the mind-numbing rat race to set out on a journey through the crowded city and up to the mountains for a dose of fresh white snow.

    Here’s a short piece of footage captured by supercar stalker Gumbal, featuring one of our favourite modified Porsche 911s.

    A winter project for the guys at Switzerland’s Sportec Motorsport, this 2008 Porsche 911 GT2 has not only been tuned to produce 559 kW (750 hp) thanks to a pair of uprated turbochargers, camshafts and uprated titanium con-rods, but also wears bodywork usually reserved for the 911 GT3 R racer.   • Opel ADAM heading for international rallying

    Following on from the ADAM Cup news, Opel has announced that its baby hatchback will also be venturing into international rallying, with the unveiling of its R2 rally concept happening in Geneva (March 7-17).

    Based on the ADAM Cup car, the R2-spec machine wears an Opel OPC body program, along with a quick-release hood and tailgate, and front and rear under-ride guards. Moving inside, occupants enjoy the security of a full roll-cage, SPARCO Competition racing seats, a MONIT trip computer, LCD gear indicator, map reading light and electric fire extinguisher.

    Propulsion comes courtesy of a 1.6-litre 16V ECOTEC engine, which sends 136 kW (185 hp) and 190 Nm of torque to the front wheels via a five-speed sequential gearbox and limited-slip differential, with chassis upgrades comprising of a suspension system with asphalt and gravel settings and a Brembo brake kit with four-piston calipers.

    With development and homolagation nearing completion, Opel will be able to deliver the ADAM F2 to customers throughout Europe later this year, where it will be eligible for every national championship.

    Nagoya-based styling specialist Tommykaira has débuted its latest Audi R8 program at this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon.

    The White Wolf Edition body package comprises of a lower front spoiler, side step sill extensions, rear spoiler lip and lower diffuser section with wraparound pieces. A clear-coated carbon fibre program can be specified as an option.

    Other changes to this V10 Spyder include a set of Prodrive GC-05N alloy wheels, which measure 9.5 and 11.5 x 20-inches and come wrapped in 235/30 and 235/30 Bridgestone Potenza S001s, and the company’s new titanium exhaust system.

    Baesweiler tuning specialist Wheelsandmore has extended its range of options for the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, taking proceedings up a notch or two.

    The company has built on its Stage II program, which relies on remapped ECU software and a stainless steel sports exhaust system with sports catalysts and remotely-operated valve flaps to raise the AMG 6.2-Litre V8’s output from 420 kW (571 hp) and 650 Nm of torque to 467 kW (635 hp) and 710 Nm.

    Stage III sees the addition of a supercharger kit, taking things to another, with the SLS now developing 525 kW (704 hp) and 855 Nm, allowing a 0-100 km/h time of just 3.6 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 330 km/h (205 mph). Nice.

    Chassis upgrades come in the form of an ultralight coilover suspension kit which features adjustable compression and rebound and utilizes the LCS (level-control-system) hydraulic lift-up system providing a 40 mm lift at the touch of a button, while those three-piece matte black 6Sporz² wheels, sized 9.5 and 11.5 x 21-inches, are wrapped in 245/30 and 305/25 tyres rubber.
