  • Audi A6 3.0 BiTDI by B&B

Birlenbach-based tuninghouse B&B Automobiltechnik has developed a range of upgrades for Audi’s A6 3.0 BiTDI model.

Producing 230 kW (309 hp) and 650 Nm (479 lb/ft) of torque in factory form, Stage 1 costs € 1,498 and involves a remapped ECU and mild boost increase to 0.15 bar which yields 250 kW (335 hp) and 690 Nm (479 lb/ft). Stage 2 sees more boost, resulting in 272 kW (365 hp) and 720 Nm (531 lb/ft), for € 1,698. The third program, priced at € 4,950, includes high performance injectors and an uprated air intake and intercooler, making 291 kW (390 hp) and 760 Nm (561 lb/ft). For € 1,298, the stainless steel exhaust system adds around 4 kW (5 hp).

Other components include a sports spring kit (€ 398), adjustable coilovers (€ 1,498) or a lowering module (€ 1,298) for cars sitting on air suspension. • Porsche Carrera GT eargasm [video]

Here’s supercar fanatic Marchettino’s latest offering and, as usual, it doesn’t disappoint. Today’s video features a stunning Porsche Carrera GT at Italy’s Imola circuit. Apart from that hideous-but-functional rear wing the GT has been treated to a Stage 3 edo competition package, meaning its 5.7-litre V10 now produces 566 kW (770 hp) – up from the factory car’s 450 kW (612 hp). The decatted straight pipes are also a welcome addition.

  • Hofele Design Cayster GT 670

Donzdorf-based tuning specialist Hofele Design has announced pricing details of its Cayster GT 670 program for the second-generation Porsche Cayenne (Type 958).

The € 9,200 ten-piece package consists of an aggressive front bumper with central Turbo grille and mesh pieces on the edges, fog lamps, side skirts and 25 mm wheel arch extensions, while at the rear there’s a three-piece apron with diffuser attachment. Additional components include that muscular composite hood with carbon fibre vents (€ 3,800), rear spoiler (€ 940 or € 1,390 with carbon edge) and carbon fibre mirror casings for € 1,095. The genuine Turbo indicators/LED running lights (€ 380) and quadruple stainless steel tailpipes (€ 780) complete the look along with some beefier wheels, which range from 20 to 22-inches and start at € 505 for Hofele’s Reverso II right up to the X-Ray RSX at € 990 – per wheel. Providing the drop is either a -30 mm spring kit (€ 539) or electronic lowering module (€ 1,450) which lowers cars on air suspension by around 40/30 mm.

Moving inside, there are carbon fibre inserts for the dashboard, door panels and centre console, while a Nappa leather retrim on the seats, armrests and steering wheel starts at € 4,500 – depending on model and specific requirements.

Engine upgrades on offer see the Cayenne Diesel producing 232 kW (311 hp) and 650 Nm (479 lb/ft) of torque – an improvement of 51 kW (69 hp) and 100 Nm (74 lb/ft), while the Cayenne S Hybrid can be tuned to develop 354 kW (474 hp) and 737 Nm (543 lb/ft) of torque – a hike of 74 kW (100 hp) and 157 Nm (116 lb/ft).

We feel dirty for liking it.
