Mercedes McLaren SLR Claims London Speed Record
A recent gathering of supercars in London, saw the SLR come out on top.
The group of cars invited along to London City Airport, to see if they could grab a spot in the record books, included a Porsche 911 Turbo, BMW M6, Shelby Daytona Cobra, Corvette Z06 and Ford’s GT.

Porsche Release Details Of The 997 Targa 4
Porsche have announced details of the 997 Targa 4 and 4S versions.
The 4 is driven along by a 325 bhp 3.6L flat six, making for a 0-60 mph time of 5.3 seconds. Next up is the 4S, with a 355 bhp endowed 3.8L unit, equating to a 4.9 second sprint to 60 mph. The power kit option takes things upto 388 bhp.

The carbon fibre animal was created for customers wanting to compete in GT Championship races and the American LeMans Series in the United States.

Audi And KTM To Build Roadster
Audi are said to be building a small roadster with motorcycle manufacturer KTM.
Rumours intensified after the chairman of Audi, Professor Dr Martin Winterkorn stated “KTM is very interesting. We will show something at the end of the year”.
