Two years after the first Bugatti Veyron 16.4 was delivered to the first customer, Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. has delivered 132 cars to proud owners all over the world.
On the occasion of the 78th Geneva Motor Show (from 6 to 16 March 2008), Bugatti and Hermès co-present the fruit of their partnership: the “Bugatti Veyron Fbg par Hermèsâ€, associating Bugatti’s technical performance with the expertise of Hermès and its craftsmen. In partnership with Hermès, designer Gabriele Pezzini has married the distinctive Hermès style to the legendary Bugatti Veyron 16.4, magnifying the car’s personality.
Not really a comparison between the Lamborghini Murcielago, Audi’s R8 and the Bugatti Veyron, more - what the spare land behind your mansion would look like if you won the lottery, or if you became a Columbian drug lord, or if you’re about to divorce a Beatle.
No prizes for guessing where the crazy raw carbon/aluminium Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang has been spotted. Yep, Abu Dhabi. Those guys really know how to spend their money!
Single-colour Veyrons aren’t something you see every day, especially on eBay. The guys at Symbolic Motor Car Company have this car up for $1,850,000.00, so what are you waiting for?
If you feel like treating your loved one to a late Valentines present, go here.
Judging by the response we had to the VW toaster, we thought you might be interested in this red hot model from Bugatti. The high-rolling bread-burner’s lines, and control dial, have (apparently) been inspired by the company’s early vintage cars.
The toaster comes in a choice of six finishes – stainless steel, cream, black, orange, red and fuchscia pink. Prices start at £148.50.
OK, so it’s not as bad as that infamous Veyron crash, but this guy must have felt pretty silly. Giving it some right foot action, the driver obviously wasn’t respecting the insane power at his disposal.
If you didn’t catch Top Gear last night, you missed a good show. One of the highlights was Mr Hammond in a Bugatti Veyron racing a Eurofighter Typhoon one mile and back. Oh yeah, the typhoon was racing vertically. Enjoy!

Here’s a major scoop. It’s an amateur clip showing a forthcoming Top Gear feature being filmed. Richard Hammond races a Bugatti Veyron against a Eurofighter. The footage is far from perfect, but you get an idea of the performance of these two heavyweights. Awesome!
Hardly a ‘race’, more a video showing just how much of a ‘missile’ the Veyron is. We like how the Bugatti rolls into shot like Jaws about to eat its dinner…
