Our friends at Autobild have been busy creating yet another rendering for us. This time it’s the VW Golf VI that’s made it onto their cover. Not exactly unrecognisable as a Golf, but looks good without the corporate ‘goatee beard.’

This is the first red BMW 135i Cabriolet we’ve spotted to date. It really looks like a well-proportioned model, and will definitely be entertaining with that twin-turbo powerplant. We like the simplicity of a fabric roof rather than a folding metal item. Should be a winner.

The thinking man’s Jeremy Clarkson - AA Gill has reviewed the latest MINI Cooper S for The Sunday Times.

“The Mini Cooper S is a tardis car. It pretends to be small and neat and sylphlike, but the driver’s bit inside is huge. It’s about the same size as the Bentley, but it’s an Ian Schrager boutique hotel room rather than a Connaught.
