Audi RS4 Avant vs Chrysler 300C SRT

Autobild has published a good article comparing the Audi RS4 Avant with Chrysler’s tank - the 300C SRT8.

Both estates get their power from a V8 unit, but even though the Chrysler’s engine is much larger - 6.1L compared to the Audi’s 4.2L, the RS4 isn’t shamed in the power stakes, producing an impressive 420bhp (just 10bhp less than the 300C SRT.)
The Audi takes the glory in the acceleration tests, hitting 100km/h (62mph) in 4.8 seconds, with the Chrysler taking 5.2 seconds. The Inglostadt beauty also wins the crown on the quarter mile (Audi - 13.05 s, Chrysler - 13.32 s.)
The American reels the slinky German in on the Autobahn, managing a top speed of 265km/h (165mph) , compared to the RS4’s (restricted) 250km/h (155mph.)
You can read a translated version of the article here.

One tank versus the other tank….seeing the dragtime with a pattern from 12.9 to 13.1 for the 1/4-mile, I highly doubt the other german tank was a clear winner. 165? LOL….friend, unless you know the true speed of these beasts, then perhaps you will find it has a restrictor also…180 MPH is the top speed.
Bias? Perhaps….
Best bang tank for the buck? SRT8 hands down.

lol. The Audi is supremely better. That American ‘piece of ***p’ needs an extra TWO LITERS!!!!! to make just 10 bhp more? That’s weak.
The Audi’s a driving machine. The Chrysler handles about as well as a hearse. Which is exactly what it looks like.
And I wouldn’t be seen dead in it! LMAO!!!!!!!!!
The Chrysler does give more ‘bang for its buck’ but that’s about all. It’s as refined as a tractor.
There’s more to cars than bang per $$$$$
Get educated.
