We’ve been keeping you upto date with spy photos of BMW’s forthcoming SUV Coupe, the X6.
Here’s a few more.

The X6’s design is said to mix the best bits of BMW’s saloon car range with its X3 and X5 off-roaders - but wrapped in a coupe-inspired design. We’ll reserve judgement until we see a photo of one without a tent taped to the back.

Funny commercial from Volkswagen. Over the years, the Polo’s really put on some weight. Nice to see it with a decent powerplant.
(Although we prefer the G40…)

Autobild has been to Vegas, to compare a couple of muscle-bound American cars with the slippery Audi R8.

We can’t deny that the Viper and Corvette are extremely powerful (Viper 506bhp, Corvette 512bhp) and at €86,000, the Corvette is almost €20,000 less than the R8. But we know which one we’d like to take around the Nurburgring.
See what they thought of all three, at Autobild.

Churning out a ridiculous 612bhp, the CL65 AMG is able to hit 62mph in a breathtaking 4.4 seconds, and carry on until it hits an electronically limited 155 mph.
You can download these, and more, from Serious Wheels.

We’d prefer this commercial if it wasn’t CGI, but it’s still pretty cool.

This photo was posted on the Fourtitude forums, today. It’s believed to be the much rumoured V10-powered Audi R8.
Notable differences are the extended sills and wider side blades (to feed the big fat engine, more air.)

Porsche boss Wendelin Wiedeking, has seen the sales success of BMW’s X3 (110,000 last year) and wants a piece of that pie.

The compact SUV could share a platform with Audi’s forthcoming Q5, and will be able to accommodate the same six and eight cylinder powerplants that currently reside in the Cayenne.

Here’s a funny commercial from Audi. Would you have stopped to give an Elvis Presley look-a-like, a lift?
Us neither!
