German publication Autobild, has reviewed Volkswagen’s facelifted SUV – the Touareg.

After selling around 300,000 Touaregs, Volkswagen has freshened up their (slightly less uglier than the Cayenne) off-roader. The main external differences are its new grille, headlights and LED rear lights. Under the skin, there’s new technology, including ABS+ (which can shorten the braking distance of the Touareg on loose surfaces by upto 20 percent.)
Other electronic wizardry includes sensors at the front of the SUV, which helps to maintain a healthy distance between you and the car in front, and side sensors, warning the driver of vehicles in their ‘blind-spot’.
