Car Magazine E92 M3 Article

Many thanks to the M3 Post admin guys for emailing us these scans of the E92 M3 featured in Car Magazine. We’ve edited them a little.

The article states:

Price – £48,000 GBP ($94,027)
Engine – 4.0 V8, 420BHP
Transmission – Six-Speed manual, rear-wheel drive, torque sensing lockable diff
Performance – 0-62mph 4.9 secs, 155mph (limited)

    Looks nice but $94,027 is bit too much for this catagory, that is even more then the M5 price. If it is true then the 335i with an ECU upgrade will do just fine.

    I agree, but that’s just a conversion of the price in GBP. It’s possible that the actual price in America may be less.

    I agree with the 335i comment too.

    All “BMW UK” cars have plates starting with Y, but how could it be an 06 reg. Since september we’ve been in 56 registraion.

    I think it’s a fakey cake.

    And, the M3 wouldn’t have a chrome shadow line eiter.

    You’re right Pitters. Car magazine has since admitted that it’s a photoshopped car, based on a 335i. Apparently, the relocated plate etc, will appear on the next M3.
