Here’s the vehicle for those Smart car owners who’d love to give the road hogging SUV’s, a taste of their own medicine.
This Smart ForTwo Monster Truck is the brainchild of Greek 4×4 rally champion, Stephanos Attard. Based on a Mercedes Unimog chassis, this Frankenstein-Mobile sits 2.2 metres higher than its standard little brother.
The Unimog also gave up its engine for the project. The powerplant in question, is a three-cylinder 5.7L turbo diesel unit, mated to a six speed manual gearbox, driving the rear wheels.
The ideal car for crushing ricers.
